1. Our Services

Bounce Rite Back Party Rentals is a family-owned party and event rental company located in Broward County, Florida, serving Coral Springs and surrounding South Florida communities.

Our rental inventory and Services may include, but are not limited to:

  • Bounce houses

  • Combo bounce houses

  • Inflatable water and dry slides

  • Obstacle courses

  • Interactive games

  • Tents, tables, and chairs

  • Mechanical bulls

  • Dunk tanks

  • Foam parties

  • Photobooths

  • Concession equipment

  • Party packages

  • Other party and event rental equipment

Our Services may be used for a variety of events, including birthday parties, family reunions, neighborhood gatherings, fundraisers, corporate events, church gatherings, community events, and private celebrations.

Our current delivery area includes communities throughout Broward County and surrounding areas. Availability may vary depending on the event location, date, equipment, and other operational considerations. If your event is outside our standard service area, you may contact us to determine whether we can accommodate your request.

Availability, pricing, delivery fees, rental periods, setup requirements, and other Service details may vary by product and event.

Submitting a quote request or order does not necessarily guarantee availability. A rental is not confirmed until Bounce Rite Back has accepted and confirmed the reservation.

We reserve the right to decline, modify, delay, or cancel a rental when circumstances such as equipment availability, location requirements, weather, safety concerns, or other operational considerations make fulfillment impractical or unsafe.

2. Website Use

You may use this Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding their event, including:

  • Event date and time;

  • Delivery and setup location;

  • Contact information;

  • Site access information; and

  • Any relevant conditions that may affect setup or operation of the rental equipment.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the rental location is reasonably suitable for the equipment being rented and that Bounce Rite Back personnel have appropriate access to the location for delivery, setup, inspection, and pickup.

Customers must inform Bounce Rite Back of any known conditions that could affect the safe use or installation of the rental equipment.

Customers and event participants must follow all applicable safety instructions and instructions provided by Bounce Rite Back personnel.

5. Safety Requirements

The safety of our customers and their guests is a priority.

All rental equipment must be used only for its intended purpose and in accordance with the safety instructions provided by Bounce Rite Back.

Customers are responsible for appropriate adult supervision of children and other participants using rental equipment.

Certain equipment may have specific age, height, weight, capacity, weather, surface, supervision, or operating requirements. Customers are responsible for ensuring that these requirements are followed.

Customers must not modify, move, alter, or interfere with rental equipment after it has been installed unless expressly authorized by Bounce Rite Back.

Bounce Rite Back may delay, suspend, modify, or cancel the setup or use of equipment when weather or other environmental conditions create a safety concern.

6. Payments, Reservations, and Rental-Specific Terms

Prices, deposits, payment requirements, cancellation policies, damage policies, delivery fees, and other rental requirements may vary depending on the equipment and event.

By proceeding with a reservation or rental, you agree to the applicable rental-specific terms provided to you by Bounce Rite Back.

If there is a conflict between these general Terms and a separately executed rental agreement, the terms of the applicable rental agreement may control with respect to that specific rental.

The SMS Program and the ability to enter into agreements for our Services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older.

By using our Services, submitting information for a rental, or opting into our SMS Program, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

Individuals under 18 may not independently enter into rental agreements or enroll in the SMS Program. If a minor is participating in an event or using rental equipment, the parent, legal guardian, or responsible adult remains responsible for complying with applicable rental and safety requirements.

13. Privacy

Your use of the Website, Services, and SMS Program is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
