We rented a Dunk Tank from Bounce Rite Back Party, and they were absolutely amazing from start to finish! From placing the order to the delivery, everything went smoothly and exactly as expected. Their team was very friendly, kind, and attentive, and they made the whole experience so easy and stress-free. Best experience with bounce rite back! Stephanie went above and Beyond with communication through booking and up until the event. Pricing was very reasonable. Jason delivered us a very clean slide at the time promised. The slide was installed extremely secure and all wires and water extensions were out of the way. Parents and children were able to use the slide without any problems. Tables and chairs were all very sturdy and clean. The snow cone machine worked very good and all instructions were very thorough. My favorite part about renting through bounce rite back was there was no pressure for the payment on the time of delivery. It was easy and convenient. As I was rushing around doing a bunch for our event, the owner was very knowledgeable of that and considerate. Pickup was very smooth and at a reasonable time. My yard was not left a mess or flooded. The service was great, clean bounce house, early drop-off and set-up, friendly staff. We are doing an annual event and Bounce Rite Back Party Rental will be our vender for this type of service. From the initial contact to the end of the party, the whole process was seamless!!!! Stephanie was friendly and professional. They have the best pricing around including the generator! Jason was at the park before I even got there and had everything set up in minutes. He was also very friendly and professional. 10 out of 10 would completely recommend!!!! Thank you so much.
