We had an amazing experience with bounce rite when we rented a bounce house/combo slide for our daughters 3rd birthday. We had a lot of questions and Stephanie answered all of them and was friendly and awesome. The bounce house was clean and they set it up perfectly and brought everything needed for it. Thank you so much Steph and team for an amazing weekend of fun.

I was into that they would deliver the item
Earlier than expected and I’d be notified then they were on the way. It was set up and ready to go in minutes! Kids loved it! Would definitely use this company again. Good community throughout the rental.

5-star service from start to finish. Rented some tables and chairs for a special event. Stephanie was professional, responsive, and provided top-notch customer service throughout the entire process. She made both the pickup and drop-off seamless and completely hassle-free. Great experience all around, and I would definitely use Bounce Rite Back again for future events. Highly recommend!

I had an excellent experience with customer service! I rented the largest water slide along with a dunk tank for my event. The items were delivered a day before the event and picked up the day after. This extra time allowed us to enjoy them more than I had expected. One of the kids lost a ball for the dunk tank, but the staff was very understanding and did not charge us for it. Overall, their service was amazing. I will definitely use their services for any future events. Thank you, Stephanie and Jason!

I had a great experience with BRB Party Rentals! Stephanie was very informative and helpful throughout the whole process. The team arrived on time and had the water slide set up before my event started.

The company is trustworthy, professional, and reliable. I highly recommend BRB Party Rentals for your next event! 🎉
